Command Center
Command Center (COMDCEN) is the 24/7 control room that confirms security personnel attendance at all sites, escalates any incidents and manages a variety of communication and control issues.
The COMDCEN is also responsible for implementing the Mobile Operation Inspection Program (MOIP). An auditing approach derived from industry best practices, MOIP combines contract compliance auditing, post inspection, and process auditing of actual service delivery of security agencies. MOIP’s audit results identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the quality of services delivered to clients, with the goal of delighting customers, and ensuring they enjoy a high-quality, professional, and client-focused security experience.
